Loan qualification is dependent upon satisfactory verification and evaluation of the applicant's information. Not all credit applications will qualify. Subject to credit approval and acceptable collateral. For loan applicants requesting cash-out, or do not have a FICO score, or have no credit history: 6 to 36 months of the requested loan amount’s principal and interest payments are required for deposit into a 25-month Certificate of Deposit (CD). For all other loan applicants: 6 to 36 months of the requested loan amount’s principal and interest payments are required for deposit into a 13-month CD. An early withdrawal / closure will result in a 13-month CD term to be assessed an early withdrawal penalty of 13 months' simple interest and a 25-month CD term will be assessed an early withdrawal penalty of 25 months' simple interest.
